I believe that the house sold very quickly and for above the asking price because of Rigel's knowledge of the market. In spite of a changing market, Rigel priced the house right so that we received offers very quickly and for more than we expected. He laid out how the entire process beforehand and, to my surprise, it actually went according to Rigel's plan. He communicated with us every step of the way, and made the process quick and painless. I plan to work with him in the future.
