He walked me through the process as many times as I needed. I also noticed that when it came time for him to bring in a contractor to survey the house, he remembered all of the things I wanted and did not want to change. After just a couple of meetings, he had a good grasp on my tastes and my limits as a buyer. I felt like he was on my side with all of the parties involved. He is a quality realtor and person.
