Ricky was awesome to work with! He expertly took my likes and dislikes into consideration when helping me find a home and was up front and honest when he thought a home wasn't the right one for me. He advocated for me during negotiations and helped me get what I needed, and has been a great resource even after closing. I ask him for recommendations and advice related to my house often - the house is about 100 years old and has miscellaneous things that need some work and he usually has a good solution, or can steer me in the right direction. I got to work with Rick for over two years, while I was in a different time zone, to upon my return to our time zone. He was always on top of everything that was going on, he always answered a call and if did not answer would immediately call back. Was communicating at all friction points, forward, and understanding. Rick’s approach, advice, experience, and guidance was essential at every step of the way. Each set back was a challenge he accepted and all led up to the finish line of selling our home and we could not be any more grateful, happier, and better for it. He made everything smooth and easy and even if there was a friction point he was patient and calm through the storms. Cannot recommend him enough and you surely will not be disappointed.

Ricky was amazing with us and we had a great experience!! Not only were we overseas in a different time zone but we had a short amount of time to find a home and close, so we knew that we were already asking for a lot to being with but Ricky was a delight! He communicated with us on our time and helped us get all the information we needed to get the ball rolling.
