Working with Rick was great! We told him what we were looking for and a day later he'd lined up 12 houses for us to review online using a private access code so we could easily send questions back and forth — very efficient and all the homes he chose met our criteria! The very next day, Rick showed up with a binder for us containing print outs of the specs for each of the homes, making it easy to take notes as we toured through the houses. Liked that! Right out of the box, we fell in love with House One - a perfect match for our needs. Less than four weeks later we were in our new home, thanks in part to Rick also hooking us up with great recommendations for other related vendors, (e.g., title insurance, home inspection, home owner's insurance and mortgage companies - and each of those vendors were as responsive, friendly and helpful as was Rick.) I'd definitely recommend him to anyone.
