I had a pleasure to be Rick’s customer twice. The first time, it seemed like a miracle, when we were able to buy a townhouse for my parents who relocated from the East Coast. It was 2015, the market was fierce and our attempts to buy a property seemed helpless. I think it was due to Rick’s positivity and persistence we succeeded and my parents got a house within walking distance from ours. We could not be happier. This time, when we started to look for a summer house in Santa Cruz mountains, I knew whom to call first. Again, the market was hot, however, Rick lead us through negotiation and we got the property even below asking price. I was wrong to assume that we all can relax after signing the offer. There were so many questions regarding this multi-acre property and all pertaining County regulations. I am very thankful to Rick for being on top of every issue that came up and for helping us to sort them out.
