Rick Smith (and team) provided the highest level of real estate services. As far as I'm concerned he has set the bar. We first worked with Rick years ago when we moved into the area and buy our house, and I was very glad he had the capacity to help us when we recently sold. One thing that stands out for me is his outstanding knowledge of the local market and the larger factors that could affect our options. After we initially approached him when we were "thinking" about selling, he listed several local or regional factors at play and a recommended course of action. We took his advice, executed every element he recommended and I feel 100% confident we received and accepted an excellent offer that otherwise would not have happened had we not.
