Rick did an amazing job dealing with a difficult buyer. He did his best to save out if pocket costs for me as well, not pushing for unnecessary things like staging and appliance replacement like my last realtor. He pushed back where needed as well against the buyer agent's unreasonable expectations .

This was a very unique experience for both of us. As a first time homebuyer knowing very little about how to navigate anything even in a steady market, I was all of a sudden thrust into a rapidly shifting market where realtors were just as jolted into having to switch on the high beams and dig deep into their bag of tricks to drawing up the meatiest offers for the sellers, while sellers are getting spoiled and greedier as the word gets out and demand increases and buyers are losing offers left and right even after offering 40-80k over asking price and making offers before even seeing houses in person because they are just going so fast. I experienced all of this and more. In the thick of it, I almost gave up as the quality of inventory was going down and the prices were still going up, I thought I was never going to find what I had envisioned for myself. I expanded my search to include less and less of what I wanted, to accommodate my goal of purchasing something. I was feeling more and more defeated ever day that went by, and I was so afraid of being priced out of the market and not finding anything even remotely suitable. BUT! Rick was there every step of the way, pulling me through with his jokes, patience, knowledge, and attentiveness. You can imagine how exhausting it is to be running uphill for almost a year and losing footing multiple times along the way. After 10 months of feverishly searching, a few tears after dream homes slipped out from my fingers by mere thousands of dollars, another perfect home popped into the picture and we saw it immediately and put in our juiciest offer yet and were FINALLY SUCCESSFUL! I got everything that I wanted in the home that I purchased and I could not have done it without Rick and his commitment to his client and his connections with my awesome mortgage company! I am so very thankful to have gone through this process staying so headstrong because I had the right people behind me and leading the way. Grateful to the max.

Works hard for you! Rick was the best agent we could have chosen for ourselves, and we are so glad that we did! He listened to what we wanted, and worked tirelessly to make it happen. When we ultimately chose a place 2 hours from where we were all located, he didn’t blink an eye! Without complaint he was at all showings, inspections, etc…on our final walkthrough, it had snowed and the driveway hadn’t been plowed. Even my Jeep couldn’t handle it, and he was out there digging snow out from under the tires, throwing salt, and directing us out! He made sure we got to closing on time.
