What can I say about Rick? He is the most patient, understanding, and hard working person we ever had the pleasure of dealing with. What seemed to be a slam dunk sale of our property, turned into the sale from HELL. We got 4 very good bids two days after Rick listed the house. Then the problems began: title recording errors, hidden legal complications, 1031 exchange delays, and new exchange purchases that fell through. Then 4 months later our sale and purchase was finally complete. And through all of this, Rick was there helping us. He would come to our house in between sports events for his kids, sometimes late at night, or whenever we needed him. He was efficient and accommodating. I highly recommend him and plan on using his apt skills in the future.
