He made the process comfortable and the paperwork understandable and explained the reason for each needed signature. He uses Docusign, and identified exactly where I needed to sIgn, making the process very smooth. He then found a more suitable home for our sister and helped move her into a brand new home in a senior complex. He even negotiated a lift for the front porch for her as part of the deal.
