Rick has an in-depth knowledge of his geographical area. He has MANY professional connections in the Santa Cruz area. He knows just about everyone, and everyone knows him. No matter what or who we needed, he knew someone who came on board immediately to take care of our problem. Rick went above and beyond for us when we sold our sister's house in Santa Cruz, California. Her house needed an enormous amount of cleaning, packing, moving and repair. We had his very capable team of people, along with a family member, complete this task, and many times, Rick was in there with them, working right along side. As her power of attorney, (also out of state) I was always informed regarding the rules and procedures. He made the process comfortable and the paperwork understandable and explained the reason for each needed signature. He uses Docusign, and identified exactly where I needed to sIgn, making the process very smooth. He then found a more suitable home for our sister and helped move her into a brand new home in a senior complex. He even negotiated a lift for the front porch for her as part of the deal. Rick is currently helping us sell my sister's second home. Again, he has explained and correctly advised us every step of the way. And I have no doubt we will complete this transaction with the same success as we had with the first two. I trust Rick completely. He is a consistent, hard worker and knows and understands the real estate profession. I absolutely recommend him to anyone buying or selling property.
