I accepted his advice on a sales strategy, and it worked marvelously. We had a bidding contest within days of the listing, and had signed an accepted contract inside a week. Prices with comps in mind a and answered all the owners questions. Gave some numbers for trusted contractors. Fast minor repairs done quickly. There for closing.
