Rick made the sale of Mom's house easy. He was quick on communication and answering questions. He posted good pictures of the property. I accepted his advice on a sales strategy, and it worked marvelously. We had a bidding contest within days of the listing, and had signed an accepted contract inside a week. It was exactly what we hoped for.
Had a good understanding if the area. Provided comparisons ND explains differences. Toured home and made minor suggestions.. Explained anything I had to sign and worked with me on any questions. Prices with comps in mind a and answered all the owners questions. Gave some numbers for trusted contractors. Fast minor repairs done quickly. There for closing.
