It took a while to get the keys to this house during Covid and eviction restriction, but Rick was very helpful and updated me throughout the transaction like a true professional. Once we finally got the keys, it was time to go to work. After we remodeled the home, we talked about marketing and list price. Rick was fabulous to work with throughout the process of selling our home. Great real estate knowledge, excellent follow-through, very responsive and an all-round nice guy! He toured our house and made recommendations for showing the home is the best light possible. We only had to deal with a few days of open house.
