I bought a house with him and sold a house with him. If I ever move back to California, he’s the only agent I will use.

It took a while to get the keys to this house during Covid and eviction restriction, but Rick was very helpful and updated me throughout the transaction like a true professional. Once we finally got the keys, it was time to go to work. After we remodeled the home, we talked about marketing and list price. We were all on the same page and we received multiple offers over the List price. Rick was the perfect agent to work with on this home and we can't wait to work with him in the future.
