Knew how to make the selling process move smoothly
Rick suggested cosmetic improvements that improved curb appeal - and had people to recommend to do the work. He brought potential buyers in quickly after the house was ready for viewing. The photography was terrific for the listing! In the end I had a great buyer sooner that I expected!
