We were living on the other side of the country and couldn't be there to monitor progress. Rick stepped in and helped us keep track of what was going on. He made repeated trips out to the house, after it was already sold, to take pictures of the repairs and send them to us. I consider this an effort well beyond what a regular realtor would do.
