Working with Rick Hooper this past year was a very positive experience. My kids lost their father unexpectedly in 2024. Since he lived in a different state we relied on Rick’s experience and knowledge of the real estate market one hundred percent. Rick went above and beyond while working with my family. He assisted with getting the contents of the house sold and conducting all necessary repairs prior to putting the house on the market. Once the house was on the market Rick kept us informed on all showings and he made suggestions for any actions we could take to make the house more appealing. Rick utilized his extensive experience when dealing with potential buyers. He is a fair and ethical gentleman and we were fortunate to have his services during this difficult and lengthy process.
