I had my first time home buying experience with Rick Hooper, and I am grateful for having him as my Real Estate Agent. First of all, it all started while I was in another state and wanted to buy in El Paso. he was and still is 99% available to reply to my calls and messages right away, with the right guidance or a follow up, which was crucial for me. Even after I changed my mind on the first home I wanted to buy, me backed me up. He guided me through the entire process, and has even promised to be available for me, as long as I will need his expertise, which is a plus for me. At many occasions, he backed me up when I didn't feel satisfied with some irregularities on the home, and made sure it got resolved. I can't say enough about Rick Hooper as an experienced Real Estate Agent. Nobody is perfect, and I was not looking for the perfect agent. I was looking for one who would help me and be as much as possible, honest with me, and he was the man for me!! THANK YOU, SIR!!!!
I got referred to Rick and I was not disappointed. It took me a few years to get to El Paso Rick never lost contact with me and always answered when I called. I moved from Washington State and a lot has changed in El Paso since when I was here back in 2007. I told Rick what I wanted in a house and also what I wanted to be close too. When my wife and came to El Paso twice to see the areas where we could live and we decided on a brand new house Rick knew exactly who to go to. I would beyond a shadow of a doubt recommend Rick to anyone that I meet that is looking to move to or buy a house in El Paso. His professionalism is exceptional. He took care of everything and also mentioned things when buying the house that I didn’t even think of or about. He knows exactly what to look for and how to treat his customers. I see Rick as family. Even after the purchase of the house I can still call him for any questions with no problem. I don’t believe that there is any one better in El Paso than Rick. The first home purchase I made in El Paso was a new construction with Sylvia Sandoval from Tropicana. Needless to say I learned my lesson. Rick Hooper has sold my parents and brother their homes, as well as selling me my last two. The most recent was a new construction with Carefree. As with the previous resale Rick helped me navigate the process with ease and no pressure to buy. He will flat out tell you everything he sees as an issue with a home while walking through, all the while never persuading you not to buy something you're interested in. He simply gives advice on what would need to be corrected should you choose a home he sees clear issues with. He will also tell you when he thinks something is a great home, without trying to manipulate you into buying. He takes time to go through the process and make sure you find exactly what it is you want in a home, whether it be a starter or forever home. Rick has taken days to show homes that I suggested, often going by beforehand to look at the home and lots to give insight. We spent countless days looking at houses simply for me to say things weren't what I was looking for with Rick simply saying things like "You know what you want in a home, so lets find it". Rick is the agent that takes the time to help you find what you want. I'm thankful to be in my forever home with all of the options I could have ever hoped for thanks to Rick also advising on credit given for new builds with different home builders and preferred lenders. With this being my third home purchase in El Paso, I could not be more ecstatic to finally have the space, options and location I wanted.
