It was such a pleasure working with Rick! Being new to the area, Rick's knowledge of the Denver real estate market was invaluable. He patiently showed us many different home and location options before we made our final decision. It was clear that he did his research on each property before showing it to us. He demonstrated a genuine concern for guiding us through the purchase process to ensure everything went smoothly. We would definitely recommend Rick as an agent!

Rick kept us in the loop at all times regarding our options as far as location, pricing and what would work for us.

Rick is GREAT to work with understanding our needs and expectations. Rick is very knowledgeable and honest about the negative and positive aspects of each step explaining in detail. I would highly recommend Rick and would use him in the future. Rick thanks for everything we appreciate your help!

Rick was an incredible person to work with and incredibly knowledgeable. We were looking to be first time home owners and he was patient and understanding when house hunting. I can genuinely state that he made the process painless. I don't know where we would be without him!
