When it came time to sell my property, it was with relief that I knew exactly who to turn to after working with Rick on the sale of my mom's house. Rick was a wonderful combination of optimistic (and correct!) as to the value of my property, and realistic as to expectations of the process. Those traits, along with his vast knowledge of the market, his connections, plus his kindness and sense of humor, alleviated a lot of the stress of the process. Rick didn't listen to instructions. He sign a document that he was not authorized to sign via electronic signature. He seemed to be working more for the other buyer than he did for us. Not as good as I had hoped.
