We had recently moved back to Colorado and had been living in temporary housing. Ricky was highly recommended and after we reached out he got right to work for us! He set us up with an amazing broker that found us the best deal for a loan. He also went above and beyond making time to show us properties around our one year olds nap schedule. He was patient in listening to our needs and when we did find the house for us he was a strong negotiator on our behalf. As long as Ricky is a realtor I don’t plan on working with anyone else.

Rick went above and beyond finding numerous properties that interested me, scheduling the viewings back to back, weekend after weekend, helping me navigate the waters of assessing these homes and making a purchase. The home I did end up buying initially I had been outbid for, and I had been about to throw in the towel. But the initial offer fell through and they contacted Rick, whose tenacity and follow-through ended up getting me the home I really wanted. Rick didn't listen to instructions. He sign a document that he was not authorized to sign via electronic signature. He seemed to be working more for the other buyer than he did for us. Not as good as I had hoped.
