I highly recommend Rick as a real estate agent. I was looking for a second home on Lake Michigan but was open to properties from New Buffalo to Grand Haven. Rick arranged showings and drove hundreds of miles to show me properties. When I decided on a place, he was instrumental in helping me with negotiations. Once we were under contract, Rick worked diligently to get us to closing. He arranged inspections. He met inspectors and contractors at the property on days I could not be there. When inspectors found issues on the properties, Rick gave great guidance in getting these issues resolved with the seller. I am very happy with the results.
