Rick showed me this property in Selma and although I didn't end up putting an offer on it he was very patient and was able to honestly answer my questions and concerns about the property .. Will definitely work with him again in the future.
Rick was awesome. We were displaced by the Oregon wildfires, Rick stuck with us through many home tours throughout the rogue valley for about 2 months. He finally got us a beautiful home. Rick went above and beyond everything I expected from a realtor.
Rick was a great help in showing us as many houses as we wanted to, and always was prompt upon arrival with the data sheet for the house. He was helpful too in providing information for us, being first time home buyers, and included programs geared directly towards people in our situation. It was a tough market, and I really appreciate Rick helping us find the place to help raise our family.
