Once again, I had to call upon Rick to help me with my home buying process. I relocated from FL back to MA during the pandemic. During this very difficult pandemic time, I made several trips to MA in a relatively short time span looking for condos. Needless to say, it was a bit stressful as I not only was looking for a condo in MA, but I was also selling my condo in FL during this difficult time period. Rick helped me stay focused and in less than three months, I found and closed on the condo of my dreams. Rick is professional and cares about his clients, and he is always willing to go that extra mile. Hopefully, this is my final home purchase because moving is a lot of work and way too stressful...but just in case it isn't, you can be sure Rick will be the first person that I will call should I decide to sell again. Rick is definitely the realtor to have on your side, and I highly recommend him.
