Our buying experience with Rick was top notch from the end to the beginning. He was so patient and was readily available to answer any questions we had. With his negotiations skills, he was able to get us into our home at a lower price than the surrounding homes in the area. This was our first buying experience and we would definitely use him again!

Rick was recommended to us by a coworker - and we couldn't have been happier. We relocated to SLC from the Midwest, and couldn't wait to get out of our temporary apartment. He was willing to work with our short timeline and even helped us find everything on our wish list (and it was a long one!). He is very knowledgeable of the entire SLC area, and was able to determine the best neighborhood fit for our personalities. Being new to the area, this was invaluable. Rick was able to fit our home and the neighborhood to our specific short-term and long-term needs and wants, and made the closing process a breeze! My only regret is that we didn't follow all his recommendations for financing - and we wish we would have! He is very friendly and open to communication at any time. The access we had to his in-depth experience in this area made our home buying experience both pleasurable and stress-free. We will definitely use him again in the future!
