He helped us purchase a home in Phoenix, across the country from where we live in Florida, so it was crucial that we had an agent we trusted. Rick was incredibly thorough - sent us videos, photos, and was extremely quick to answer all of our questions about the home. He kept what could easily be a stressful situation - buying a house from far away- calm and running smoothly.
