1) He managed to sell a client's condo for 25% more than any of the comps in the building. Client was thrilled. During this sale period the condo was in and out of a few escrows without disturbing the client much. All's well that ends well. 2) He researched a very large number of homes before showing 10 of them to my youngest daughter (1st time home buyer). She liked all of them, selected one which was a short sale and Rick managed the process so well that she ended up buying it for $30k less than the bank had requested. 3) He is handling the home sale for my elderly mother in an amazingly painless manner.
