I just moved to North Dallas and was looking for someone to help me with my home buying process. Through the power of Internet, I stumbled upon Rick. From my first call, Rick was very professional, detailed and patient. He was always available when I wanted to talk and answered all my questions even if they were very basic since this is the first time we were buying a house. He not only helped us finding the home for us but was open in recommendations as well. The told us which areas were better from investment perspective, which areas we should not buy and so on. He also helped to point out details about the construction, what is good and what is bad. The biggest plus point is that Rick was by our side even when we faced issues regarding our closing. Even though technically Rick wasn't supposed to get on calls and resolve issues, he stood by us till the very end which makes me feel that we are very blessed to find Rick as our realtor. I am very thankful to Rick for his help and would recommend him if anyone is looking for buy a house. You will not be disappointed.
