We had the pleasure of working with Rick to find our home. He was attentive and went out of his way to help us when others wouldn't respond back for days. We told him what we were looking for and he brought back options after diligent research with the facts and history on the homes. He was tenacious and took us to see homes, whether early or late and even in the rain . Anytime we, or he, came up with ideas, he went back to the drawing board, did his research and we saw each and every one. When he advised that we wouldn't like a home or area, he was right.
