Fantastic Buying Experience

Rick is a motivated and ethical realtor. I was very skeptical going into the home buying process but Rick was very transparent and helpful through the experience. Rick has connections with what seems like everyone in real estate in the DFW area and every where I went with him, people knew his name. He kindly negotiated wonderful incentives for our house and refused to accept the builder realtor bonus and instead gave it to me and my wife to apply to the house cost. I am excited to further build our relationship for all my real estate needs in the future.
