Rick was great, I would use him again in a heartbeat.

Rick was very knowledgeable on the market. He had the best negotiating skills and had very good tips on what to check on the house. Like have the sewer line checked to make sure there are no problems with them. He treats your money like it was his and gets the best deal he can get. He will show you as many houses as you want to until you fine the house you want. I would use Rick again and will gladly recommend him to anyone buying a house. He is great and has a great personality.
