I was in a very precarious situation, without knowledge of real eastate, and no idea who to turn to. Richard was, from day one, the greatest asset I could have possibly found to handle the sale of my home. Richard was very knowledgeable, very persistent, and extremely personable throughout the process, which did not go very long. I would highly recommend Richard to anyone who is in need of a GREAT salesperson, he is THE BEST!!!!

Richie had to not only find houses for myself but also for my mother-in-law, and we were only here for a week. We were on a time crunch but he managed to get us into as many homes as possible and that wasn’t easy as we both had totally different wants. But Richie managed to find a home for both My mother-in-law and I and I know that wasn’t easy.
