We sold a home in Pleasant Grove with Richard and he made the entire process so smooth. We were nervous because several homes had come on the market around the same time ours did that were nicer. Richard had us price it $9k less than the other homes, we got an offer within 2 weeks. Then we watched as the other properties decreased their prices $20k below our original asking price. He did a great job following up on contingencies, inspections, etc. He has great interpersonal skills and is a great a communicator with all parties involved in a RE transaction. I would highly recommend Richard as a realtor to anyone considering buying or selling a home.
