We own several investment properties in Utah and are in the process of selling them and rolling the proceeds into other properties. We have sold one lot and currently have a home listed with Richard - both in Lehi. He is super honest, flexible and easy to work with. He goes above and beyond what is expected. On the lot, he found a builder that was willing to joint market our lot which was helpful in getting it sold. The house we currently have listed needed a lot of repairs and Richard has been guiding us through that process and checking in on progress (we live out of state). When we roll the proceeds into another property, we will be using Richard to represent us on the purchase. He has a lot of construction experience and points out more things than your inspector probably will. He is always thinking of ways to get his clients a better deal- whether it is through seeing issues with a property, his lender contacts, or creatively structuring the deal.
