Richard was patient and knowledgeable throughout the home buying process. He looked at homes with me for several months even though other realtors in the past have gotten frustrated with me. He 100% wanted to make sure I found the right one. He explained the ins and outs of the buying process and was there to help and explain/take care of anything the whole way through. With us being first time home buyers, he answered or connected us to the appropriate people to answer our questions. He knows his stuff and he understood what we were looking for, with those two combined, we found the perfect home and we couldn't have done it without his help. Flexible being one of them, he was always flexible and made things work out with our tight schedule and with our time line, it wasn't easy, but he made it work. He also is knowledgeable, especially for us being first time home buyers. We were pretty overwhelmed with everything involved in buying a new home. He knew all the right people to contact, gave us a vision of what we should expect and what we should do to keep up to date with everything. We felt reassured when leaning towards our first home. In addition to this, we never felt pushed or pressured into buying a home, but he was always supportive and pointed out some things that we should be aware of. Richard and Paul were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process of selling our house. It had previously been on the market for a few months with no progress. Once we decided to switch realtors and work with Richard and Paul everything changed they were very responsive and gave us some great advice. They had a very nice open house and received an offer that was beyond our expectations. We thought selling the house would be the most stressful part of the process, but they were both incredible and very responsive. We are very happy with the results. Highly recommended!
