When it came to selling our home, we knew immediately that we wanted Rich to be our realtor. His ability and commitment to his job shows in the strong numbers he produces year after year. Always striving to make his clients happy whether buying or selling. Communication was exceptional from beginning to end. He made the process so easy for us as we were transitioning between 2 states. And even just checked in to see how the move in general was going. He didn't treat us like just another transaction/ check. He listened, he communicated, he cared, he was committed, he got the job done. If we find ourselves in the area again, he is the first and only person we will call to help in our home search.

We were planning to buy a new home late this year or early next, but those plans changed quickly when we did an OpenDoor request and saw the value of our current home. My wife actually found a home that checked the boxes and our timeline changed quickly. Rushed the financing, but the house had an accepted offer an hour after we left. I worked with Rich in a previous life, so I reached out to him to help the search. We were all over the place and probably asked him to change the search parameters 6 or 7 times over. He was up late and early making sure we were the first to see all new listings and made sure we were up to date with his listing machine. We viewed 4 homes together, was outbid on two homes and was gonna take a break. My wife decided to scope out an area not in our search grid, and found a couple homes to look at. Rich set it up, we toured, we liked we bought. He helped us navigate all the way to the end, even up to the last minute when the loan company threw a big curveball at us less than 24hrs before closing. Bottom line, Rich is the type of realtor you want in your corner, he is laid back and friendly, but ferociously works for the best interest of his client day and night.

Rich was absolutely the greatest realtor we had to sell our house. He went above and beyond with everything he helped us with. His continued communication with statuses of what was needed and updates, gave us a piece of mind during the process and weeks leading up to the final closing on the house. I would definitely recommend Rich and use him again for any sell or purchase of future homes. 5 star service all the way!!! :)
