If I had any hesitation about anything, we talked it out and he put my mind at ease. Very professional in handling everything, I always knew what was next. No surprises. HOLY COW, IM NOT QUITE SURE WHERE TO BEGIN ! THIS WAS THE FASTEST, SMOOTHEST HOME BUY I'VE EVER BEEN INVOLVED IN. MY DAUGHTER BARBI MEYERS GOT ME IN CONTACT WITH MY "DREAM REALTOR " RICH SHELDON, AND ITS ALL HISTORY FROM THERE ! WE TOLD HIM WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR AHEAD OF TIME ON THE PHONE, SO IMMEDIATELY, HE BEGAN TO WORK & SEND US HOMES TO OUR PHONES THAT HE THOUGHT WE MIGHT LIKE. ALMOST EVERY HOME WAS RIGHT ON THE MARK. IM DISABLED AND HAVE CERTAIN NEEDS THAT MAKE MY LIFE A LITTLE HARDER, SO AS SOON AS MY HUSBAND GETS A DAY OFF, WE HEAD TO TWIN FALLS. I THINK WE FOUND OUR DREAM HOME ON THE 2ND DAY, PUT OFFER DOWN, AND STARTED NEGOTIATIONS. THAT ONLY LASTED ABOUT A WEEK I BELIEVE...GOT OUR FINANCING & LOCKED OUT RATE IN..(THANKS TO DREAMBOAT RICH ) & EVERYTHING WENT RIGHT THROUGH. I MUST TELL YOU, THE WAY THIS TEAM WORKS TOGETHER IS AMAZING! DANA IN FINANCING CAN ANSWER ANY QUESTION YOU MIGHT HAVE & WHAT A SWEETHEART 💋. SHE EVEN LAUGHED AT MY JOKES. CJ DID MY HOME INSPECTION AND HAD AMAZING INSIGHT AND IDEAS ON HOW YOU MIGHT GET LONGER WEAR ON SOME THINGS. AND TO ROUND THINGS OUT WAS MIKE MORRISON...THE MAIN NUT,...OR I MEAN COG WHO KEEPS THIS MACHINE GOING. IT TAKES SOMEONE WITH ALOT OF KNOW HOW TO KEEP THIS MANY PEOPLE WORKING THIS WELL TOGETHER. THIS TEAM SHOULD BE WINNING AWARDS IN MY BOOK & I WILL TRULY SEND EVERYONE I KNOW THROUGH THIS OFFICE WHO IS LOOKING TO BUY PROPERTY HERE IN BEAUTIFUL SOUTHERN IDAHO...ITS GOOD TO BE BACK HOME !
