Richard rubio helped us sell our home and find a new home in a different city.when he first came out to my home he stayed a few hours giving me suggestions on how to get house ready to sell he took his time and when house was ready to put on market he took over an hour getting amazing pics he took his time showing us houses and would always be available to show us houses and was very familiar with the good and bad areas of the valley when he saw a house we liked was still on the market and lowered its price we got the house of our dreams and we owe it to him he's very patient trust worthy and dependable thank you Richard and thank your lender you recommended us bill he got us the loan really fast you found us everything we were looking for and then some.....thx:)
