Richard is an excellent agent to represent your interests!

Richard got us multiple offers within 24 hours of our open house. He markets the property based on his expertise and has high ethical standards when negotiating. He represented our interests wonderfully and got us the best deal possible. He stays in constant communication, is responsive to questions, helps resolve concerns, and is an excellent realtor to work with. We would use a Richard again in a heartbeat!
