Rick Ramirez was an excellent realtor, especially for first-time home buyers. He has a great attitude and does not try to "sell you" on any one particular home. He gives detailed knowledge about repairs/problems/common occurrences and knows the area of metro detroit very well. I recommend Rick to anyone who is looking for REAL answers and can help cut through all the B.S. that is in the real estate business currently.
