I am a first time home buyer and was nervous about the whole experience. I was told that the best things to have is a good inspector and a good real estate agent. Rick was exceptional, he’s is very attentive, and very understanding my situation. Any problems I ran into (usually with lender or title company) he was able to help quickly resolve. Rick is very knowledgeable in his field, pointing out things I would’ve never thought of as a homebuyer or even as a tradesmen.
