I am a first time home buyer and was nervous about the whole experience. I was told that the best things to have is a good inspector and a good real estate agent. Rick was exceptional, he’s is very attentive, and very understanding my situation. Any problems I ran into (usually with lender or title company) he was able to help quickly resolve. Rick is very knowledgeable in his field, pointing out things I would’ve never thought of as a homebuyer or even as a tradesmen. I can honestly say that if it weren’t for him I would either still be looking for a house or I’d be in a house that I hate. I strongly recommend him to anybody who is looking for a real estate agent.
