Richard did a superb job with the sale of my co-op, working diligently to overcome problems caused by a terrible board and management company. He was proactive to gettingon top of problems and extremely help in a very tough sale. Most importantly he was able to find a great buyer in a shortl time and my co-op sold for a great deal more than I had expected. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

We cant thank Richard enough for his unwavering support with selling a multi-family home in our Uncles estate. It was a terrible situation,with a squatter as well as a less than cooperative tenant who refused to leave. Richard was with us for over a year while we were in court with both. He actually sold the property while all of this was in process. I am so pleased that I can write this review , I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.
