My name is Rich Pavlik. I am the Broker with Pavlik Real Estate and have been a licensed Realtor since 1987. This business was started by my parents in 1963, and we are now the second generation to bring our real estate expertise to the area. Although I am a Prospect native and resident, my familiarity with the Connecticut market extends from Greenwich to Enfield, New Haven to Winsted.
