Richard Pattisall is a gem. As luck would have it, my husband and I met Richard while looking for a vacation property on Hilton Head Island several years ago - which he helped us find. Our continued friendship led to him helping our son purchase his first home, the sale of our vacation home, and most recently, the purchase of our present home in Hilton Head Plantation. I have great respect for Richard’s knowledge of the area, his patience, integrity, and genuine caring for his clients.
