Great person, great real estate agent

I used Rich to buy my home in 2019 and sold with him in 2024. In addition to his great personality and positive outlook on life, I love working with Rich as a professional because I appreciate his business style. He is a go-getter (he gets things done!), is very reasonable, he listens but gives good advice, and was always available when I needed him. Rich's staging and plan for selling my house helped get me 26 offers! Not only did he kept me calm throughout the whole process, he also helped me pick the best deal for me, even though it was less of a commission for him.
