Working with Richard was awesome! A true professional, organized and meticulous...I was never once worried throughout the whole process with him in my corner. Richard really went to bat for me at the 11th hour before closing to make sure the seller fulfilled all of their obligations. He's very balanced, which I appreciate to keep the situation calm, but he definitely knows how to push things through to the finish line. One of the things I really appreciated about Richard was his pro-activeness, which he demonstrated from my initial phone screen with him till closing. He also has a great eye for design and I so appreciated all of his input. I'm hoping I stay in my new home for many years but would no doubt use Richard again for any real estate transactions.
