Words will never be enough to thank Richard, for all his hard work, kindness, patience and most of all, professionalism. He held no barriers to always make sure we were apart of everything we needed to know in the process of buying a home in an unknown market. My husband and I were selling our home in NH and was having a hard time just trying to get an agent to help us with leasing a home in Texas. Richard responded to my inquiry within a minute of the submission request. He was so accommodating and willing to take time out of busywork to showcase all these homes in two days, and after all of that work. We decided that it would be in our best interest to purchase in Frisco. He was very respectful and took the time to do a video walkthrough on a few more homes. He gave his honest opinion and even advised us to not move forward on some homes, and he promised us to wait for the perfect home. Even advise us not to overbid on a home that might not be suited for us. He was right! We were so glad we had listened to him. We later was able to find our forever home! Richard was always available and took the time to provided insight how to negotiate and navigate with selling our NH home. He worked with us every step of the way. We are were very fortune to work with Richard and will certainly recommend him to our friends and family. He is not just our agent, he is now apart of our family!
