Rich was so easy to work with. He walked me through every detail of the process from his initial visit to the final transaction. He was very hands on with keeping me in the loop and explaining the what’s and why’s as we progressed with the sale. I appreciated that he answered all of my questions in a manner that was easy for me to understand. Excellent experience!
