Richard and his wife were professional, courteous, and went beyond my expectations! They knew any questions I asked. Got me closed fast! Arranged house inspection, arranged people to unload a 26 ft U-Haul free of charge when I arrived to move in! Arranged to have the builder fix things that the inspector found in repaint some areas. Richard feels like a friend I've known for a long time. Would highly,(5 stars) recommend them for any real estate transaction!!!

We are fortunate to have met Rick Lofgreen and have him list our log home. He took stunning photos including ones with a drone. Because we had a security gate, Rick managed to be at all the showings and assured us each time that everything was secure afterward. He went beyond the call of duty by picking up pine needles and even hauling away a refrigerator. Rick is always easy to talk to and he was always readily available.
