While reviewing the properties and getting to understand what we were looking for, he recommended a different property that we weren't originally going to visit, that property ended up being the one. Rick did a nice job of negotiating with the sellers and went above and beyond to help the property close on time when the sellers were dragging their feet on items they were responsible for. Rick was always responsive to any question we had and was a pleasure to work with.

Richard Lofgreen, in my opinion, is the best realtor on the mountain. We had two sales with Mr. Lofgreen in which he represented us as the seller and buyer. He attended every showing of our home that was sold to make sure everything was as it should be. He went beyond his call of duty on a number of occasions. Mr. Lofgreen showed us many properties before we decided on this one. He has patience, he is very knowledgeable of the area and easy to contact when we had questions. His photography is exceptional.
