After spending time together reviewing some properties, Rick recognized what we were looking for and showed us a different property, that ended up being the one. Rick was a great communicator and went above and beyond when the seller was dragging there feet on items that were required prior to close. Rick was great to work with.

Richard Lofgreen, in my opinion, is the best realtor on the mountain. We had two sales with Mr. Lofgreen in which he represented us as the seller and buyer.
