Richard was amazing. He went over and beyond what I expected from a real estate agent. We had a water heater start leaking on one of our walk thru's and he had his personal handy man there within 15 minutes to help insure the damages were minimal before the sellers insurance company could come check it out. He is very easy to text and email with as well. That's big for me. I don't like phone calls unless needed. He was always on time and prepared. He had a mapped out route to see multiple houses efficiently. Overall awesome experience.
