We liked that there were no corners cut. A sturdy wooden sign was installed on the lawn. The photos and 3d tour were done by a specialist and made our property look great in the listing. Richard was very responsive and professional.

5 stars all the way! We were hesitant in the beginning to list our house during the pandemic however im glad we did. Our asking price was 41k over the highest priced sale in our community AND, through Richard's expertise, we were able to get a bidding war, even though some people laughed at the idea! Richard with his assistant Donna took care of every detail. Always took my calls even though im sure he had other clients but i would have never known that he did. I always knew that he was good thats why I've referred him to several people over the years that have in turn used his services. One detail that stood out to me that confirmed my beliefs that he was a good agent to have is when we went to sign our escrow documents. We had to use a title company that he had never used before. We had arrived a couple minutes before him and sat down in a small room with the escrow officer. When Richard arrived they were surprised and unprepared for him to join us. I guess they're not used to having real estate agents join their clients at the singing. I later asked Richard if were special or did he go to all his clients escrow appointments and he replied yes, of course he goes. Now I know he's head and shoulders above the rest. In the end we able to break the record for highest selling price in our entire zip code for the last 18 months and top 4 for the last 5 years!!! That is quite an accomplishment to be proud of. Once again good job Richard and Donna you are the BEST!
Richard was amazing always going above and beyond. He has expert knowledge at every level. His honesty and great communication skills made the entire process of buying a home a awesome experience. Richard made our home purchase as safe as possible we wore masks through out the viewing process to keep us all safe as we traveled from home to home. I highly recommend Richard to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home, call him ask him questions even if you don’t think your market ready he is a wealth of knowledge.
